Elena Evans, Independent candidate for the Public Service Commission (PSC), will be visiting Lincoln County the weekend of Ignite the Nites - August 17 and 18. She plans to meet with people in Libby on Saturday and will travel to Troy and Eureka on Sunday. Tentatively, there will be an informal gathering at the Fairgrounds Pavillion in Eureka at 3:30 pm on Sunday.
