SB-563 was unanimously tabled in the House Judiciary Committee on April 18. As it stands now, Apr 22, there will be NO Constitutional Amendments on the 2024 Ballot.

According to Montana Democrats: SB563 passed its 3rd reading 40-10, earning Democratic support and is now the only proposed constitutional amendment with realistic path to the November 2024 ballot
