SB 563 - which would be a Constitutional amendment establishing a mental health trust fund if approved by Montana voters in 2024 - would allocate at least $50 million for the state's mental health needs.
On April 5, 2023, the proposal was submitted to the Judiciary Committee. Status of bill here.

SB-563 was unanimously tabled in the House Judiciary Committee on April 18. As it stands now, Apr 22, there will be NO Constitutional Amendments on the 2024 Ballot.
