Yesterday evening [5/2/2023], the [Montana] legislature adjourned Sine Die! What a session it has been.


We are so grateful to each person who has testified on a bill, provided written comment, emailed a legislator, called the Governor’s office, or done any other action to participate in our state government.


As our legislators hit the road heading back to their districts, all that remains are bills sitting on Governor Gianforte’s desk, waiting for his signature or veto. Today, for our last action alert of the session, we are highlighting some of those bills below.


HB 889 - Protect and expand the rights of mobile home owners and block unfair practices used by mobile park landlords
